Veteran Wire & Cable accepts and fulfills all orders in accordance with our terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree to those terms, including that all custom lengths and specialty materials are non-cancellable and non-returnable unless rejected in writing prior to delivery or notated as incorrect at the time of receipt. Returned goods require prior authorization and are subject to restocking fees; no returns are accepted after 10 days. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours with proper documentation. All quotes are valid for 14 business days and subject to change based on market volatility, especially in raw materials. Cancellations must be pre-approved and may incur charges for commitments already made. Warranty coverage is limited to the manufacturer’s terms, and we disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose. Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods. All legal matters will be governed by the State of Delaware. By ordering from us, you accept these terms as binding.

Tax Exemptions

Sales tax laws vary by state. While states like Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon do not charge sales tax, most other states do — and your purchase from Veteran Wire & Cable may be subject to sales tax based on your shipping address. However, if you are ordering from NY, NJ, PA, IL, MI, CA, MA, FL, or MS, and you qualify as a reseller or tax-exempt organization, you may submit a valid sales tax exemption certificate to us. Once received and verified, we will issue a revised invoice with adjusted or removed tax in accordance with your state’s law.
